What to include
- Result or profile corrections: include a link to the RunClax page and describe what needs fixing.
- Missing races: send the race name, date, and a link to its results if you have one.
- Bugs or feedback: tell us what happened and what you expected. A screenshot can help.
If someone has incorrectly claimed your profile, use “Report incorrect claim” on that profile to send it for review. You can also email us if you need help.
Please don’t send passwords, ID documents, or other sensitive information.
